New Head of ESG onboard

September 15th, Anna Dibble joins Alight as new (interim) Head of ESG. An American based in Switzerland, she first joined Alight this summer as a business analyst and has now taken on the role as our new Head of ESG. Prior to Alight, she worked with impact investing and in the ESG group at Fidelity Investments where she developed proprietary ESG ratings for the largest holdings and supported ESG funds and fund launches.

Why did you want to join Alight?
– With a background and passion for ESG and impact investing, I was eager to join a mission-driven team working to advance the clean energy transition in an entrepreneurial way. I was inspired by the level of energy and excellence each team member brought to the table, as well as the collective consideration for all stakeholders in our work to make the world more sustainable. I am thrilled to continue with Alight in this new role and our ESG efforts to come.
