Alight&#8217;s CEO and founder Harald Överholm is one of five finalists in the prestigious &#8220;CEO of the Year&#8221; award 2022 in the category &#8220;small companies&#8221; in Sweden. 
The award is presented every year by the leadership site Motivation.se in partnership with Brightmill. The award was established in 2012 and has four categories &#8211; small, medium and large companies and Young CEO of the Year. The winner is announced November 10th.
The criteria for the award is:

<li>Leadership &#8211; The winner has the ability to lead people and has made people grow through their leadership.</li>
<li>Sustainability &#8211; The winner takes active responsibility for the impact of the company on society, from an economic, environmental and social perspective.</li>
<li>Profitability &#8211; The winner has demonstrated good profitability in the business for which he/she is managing director.</li>
</ul>
