Warren has over 20 years experience in the energy sector, first as a Partner at McKinsey with a focus on energy, and subsequently as co-founder and CEO of his own renewable energy business, Vireo Energy, operating in Eastern Europe. Prior to becoming CEO in 2024, he acted as COO, leading Alight’s teams responsible for procurement, construction and asset management of all our solar assets, as well as sourcing and developing new solar sites.

Richard co-founded Alight in 2013 and has 16 years’ experience working with finance. Prior to Alight, Richard worked at the Swedish PE firm Nordstjernan and Bain & Co.

Johanna is an award-winning communications leader with 14+ years of experience in the field of communications & PR, and prior to Alight she held leading roles at Microsoft and Ericsson.
Helena Tivell
Helena Tivell
Helena has over 15 years of experience within human resources and recruitment. Before joining Alight, Helena spent four years at EdTech Kognity as VP People, building the people and culture function in fast-growing global scale-up. Prior to this, she held roles as Head of HR, HR consultant and recruiter in international organizations. She has vast experience of leading people, developing management and developing HR operations.
She holds a B.Sc. in Human resources from Stockholm University, and a Masters from Griffith University. She studied at the Womens’ Leadership Program at Yale School of Management in 2017 and is a certified yoga instructor.

Rob joined Alight from VivaCity, an AI technology business serving the mobility infrastructure sector, where he was Chief Revenue Officer and led its scale-up across ten countries to category market leadership. He has significant experience in funding, leading and scaling infrastructure and sustainability tech businesses. He has held commercial leadership and board level positions at a number of VC- and PE-backed startups and large corporations, and brings a wealth of expertise in the utilities and energy sector. Stait leads Alight’s European BtM work from the London office.

Johan has over 15 years of experience from sales and business development. Prior to joining Alight in 2020, he worked with supply chain management at Accenture as well as telecom infrastructure investments in Africa and Central America at a boutique consultancy within the Kinnevik Group.
Marián Giner
Marián Giner
Marián Giner has more than 15 years of expertise in the renewable sector, with especial emphasize in solar photovoltaics. She has played several technical and commercial roles in companies like SunPower, SunEdison, Sunco or Wärtsilä, managing projects, teams and customers in the development stage and participating in the acquisition of portfolio of assets across Europe, Africa, Latam and Middle East, from which more than 1.2 GW have been successfully executed. As Head of Engineering, she is responsible for ensuring the highest feasibility and profitability to our pipeline through design.

Alexander joined Alight in 2016 and has worked in business development, sales and built our People Operations function. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting with a specialization in operations management from Stockholm University.

Nacim has 15 years experience in solar, spanning the value chain from development and engineering to project management of procurement and construction. He spent 8 years as Head of Asset Management at Sonnedix France. At Alight, Nacim is responsible for asset management.
