Alight appoints Kristoffer Dahlberg as new Chief Financial Officer

Alight, a leading Nordic solar developer and independent power producer, has appointed Kristoffer Dahlberg as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), starting mid-April 2026.

Kristoffer Dahlberg joins Alight from his current role as CFO at Aker Horizons, a Norwegian investment company focusing on developing green energy and green industry. Prior to this, he held a range of senior finance roles across the Aker group of companies and has also worked in the energy practice at Boston Consulting Group.

With a strong track record in building and leading strategic finance functions and driving operational performance in complex energy businesses across multiple markets, Kristoffer brings deep industry expertise in renewables, financing, M&A and corporate development. His experience spans across high-growth greenfield projects and large-scale industrial platforms.

In his role as CFO, Kristoffer will lead Alight’s expanding finance team and play a key role in strengthening the management team as Alight accelerates its growth as a leading Nordic independent power producer.

“Alight is maturing as an IPP, with a rapidly increasing operating scale and financial sophistication and exciting prospects for further organic and M&A driven growth.  Kristoffer combines strategic breadth with hands-on experience from building and managing finance organisations in renewable energy, making him an excellent addition to our team at the right time in our journey”, says Warren Campbell, CEO of Alight.

Kristoffer is based in Oslo and will divide his time between Oslo and Alight’s headquarters in Stockholm.

“I’m excited to join Alight at a pivotal time for both for the company and the energy transition. Alight has built an impressive platform in large-scale solar and storage, built on a clear mission and a strong culture. I look forward to further strengthening the company’s financial foundation and accelerating the build-out of renewable energy across the Nordics” says Kristoffer Dahlberg.
